Fix for Mail Authoring Tool Not Loading

Open new IE window like you were going to a new website.

Go to tools make sure your pop up blocker is turned off. It should say turn on pop up blocker.

Now under tools go to internet options.

Click on the security tab, then click on custom settings near the bottom then scroll down to the activex controls and plugins. Make sure the first there are set to enable as shown below.
